I am looking for qualified NMC Registered General Nurse ( RGN ), Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) and Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RNLD ) to come and work as a permanent member of staff for an extremely reputable nursing home based in Hatfield, London. Position: Nurse Manager Salary: £19.00 per hour ( £43,400 per annum ) - Negotiable doe Hours: 44 hours Shifts: Days (8/8) - very flexible To be a successful candidate for this registered nurse position, you should be compassionate, professional with a caring nature and a good communication skills. You have an eye for detail and are super organised. You must be an experienced registered nurse (RGN, RMN & RNLD) with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council pin. Further Details As the nurse manager you will be responsible for a specific part of the home and delivering the very best level of care. You will take responsibility for all aspects of care within the home, whilst promoting our key values of choice, dignity and respect. Always seeking to share your clinical knowledge and experience, you will provide valuable support to members of the home's care team, offering valuable guidance and assistance The nursing home provides an ideal environment for older people who are looking for nursing care and residents living with dementia.
