Overview
We are looking for ambitious and hard-working graduates to join the team and help drive the growth of a progressive and forward thinking recruitment company. No experience is required, but the sort of person who would suit working with Extranet is: Interested in a career in sales, business development or recruitment Honest, friendly and eager to share ideas Entrepreneurial, proactive and willing to work hard A confident written and verbal communicator Able to solve problems using creativity and critical thinking Collaborative and able to work in a close knit team Keen to learn new skills and willing to try things out to be successful. Resilient and able to learn lessons from previous mistakes to improve in the future Commercially minded and able to spot business development opportunities. Passionate with a belief in your own ideas As an IT recruitment consultant you will be expected to carry out the following tasks: Map out a niche market within a specific technology sector including candidates and prospective clients Have detailed conversations with candidates to understand their motivations for changing job, the criteria they are using to select a new position as well as identify potential areas of concern or alarm bells which could impact on their application further down the process. Manage applicants through the recruitment process, keeping them updated on their application and understand if their circumstances have changed and what impact this may have Qualify opportunities and progress roles, as well as share relevant market information with the team which could help win new business. Sourcing potential candidates for live positions Approaching potential customers via phone, email and social media to build relationships with the ultimate goal of securing their business Keep accurate records and add new candidates, clients and managers onto our CRM system.
