Read on to find out how those dreams can become your new reality: EnableYourGreatness at MHR Role Responsibilities: As a Junior Software Engineer you will provide high quality and effective product development to our award winning iTrent software. Work as part of an Agile team, developing high quality software, meeting the business requirements and satisfying quality, performance, and security requirements. Ability to write maintainable, extensible and scalable code. Advise on technical solutions, and get involved in the delivering or receiving of training. Document decisions and progress in line with corporate and team project management. Provision of accurate estimates and commitments to delivery of work. Review code delivered by other developers Any other tasks typically associated with the Software Development Lifecycle. Be able to keep stakeholders up to date on project progress and managing own time effectively. Key Skills: Have knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Git. Be familiar with open source projects. Be comfortable tackling new problems and taking the initiative to create innovative solutions. Produce high quality software that is extensible, scalable, performant and maintainable. Desirable Skills: Have knowledge of TypeScript, Angular and AngularJS. Working with Restful API’s and Browser Debugging Tools Have knowledge of software engineering principals such as design patterns, SOLID, etc. Have experience of working in cross discipline Agile teams. Your Development: You will be actively encouraged to grow your skills by pursing self-learning or attending conferences such as Angular Connect. You can either broaden your knowledge by learning new skills within the UI sphere, or by branching out into other areas like Java, .NET or Azure. All developers will have a mentor who will regularly recommend practical objectives. We will actively work with you to help you grow. You will be surrounded by experienced developers.
