Registered Care Manager, Residential Home, East side of Leeds, £30000-£32000 This is a fabulous opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a fully occupied, 30-bed residential care home, specialising in elderly with dementia service users. The owner, who has 25 years' experience and puts quality at the centre of everything, has recently acquired this home and is looking for a manager who can carefully oversee a programme of long-term investment to improve every aspect of the home's performance. Opportunity Situated on the East side of Leeds, the home is located in a quiet residential area, within a converted, detached residential building, set in its own grounds. The home has a relaxed family atmosphere, which the residents and the staff who work there all appreciate. The owner has recently acquired 2 care homes and is investing to improve them. He is highly passionate about care, with over 25 years of experience and wants to develop both homes to become the first choice for care in the local area. As the manager, you will enjoy a great combination of decision-making autonomy and support and have an opportunity to develop a service where the primary focus is on delivering high-quality, person-centred, compassion-based care.
