Overview
My client, an expanding organisation based in Haywards Heath is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to join them on an initial 6 month FTC to cover a secondment. Reporting into the MD, Duties include: Managing HR function of 2 Leading on all HR matters including complex ER cases Coaching line managers through Disciplinary& Grievance process End to end Recruitment for more Senior appointments Undertaking salary review process Providing HR commentary to SLT HR projects The ideal candidate will be available immediately and have extensive ER experience as well as a strong generalist HR background. CIPD qualification would be advantageous but its really the strong HR Management level experience my client is looking for.
