Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, 5 star house builder Your new company This well-established 5 star national housebuilder are one of the leading organisations in their field. They boast a large, diverse workforce with a wealth of opportunity for career development and progression. Due to continued success they are looking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be office based out of North Bristol covering sites in the local area. This is a great opportunity to join at an exciting time for this business and be part of the strong team they have forged over recent years. Your new role Reporting to the Senior Surveyor or Commercial Manager you will manage the commercial delivery of large scale developments as part of a team around Bristol and Bath. You will maintain control of budgets throughout the development, reporting on costs whilst keeping abreast of all current NHBC requirements. What you'll need to succeed For the best chance of success with this role you will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Ideally with some specific project experience in the residential developer market. You will have a genuine passion for construction and likely hold a HND or higher in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.
