Overview

This role is integral to the practices’ growth in Europe, in particular Paris. You will be assisting the team in coordinating technical appraisals of prospective buildings and running the space planning and effective delivery of projects. You will be confident in running a project in French, as well as knowing all French building regulations. The ideal candidate will have worked in Paris. Key Responsibilities Creative flair and a conceptual approach to design. Great knowledge of the high-end office market in London and Europe. Act as a design custodian, ensuring the build is in accordance with the design intent. Guide junior members of the team. Oversee design team and liaise with site team in France. Produce detailed design documentation. Working closely with the acquisitions team on achieving targets and developing initial space plans to meet with underwriting models Skills and Experience Willing to do some travel. Knowledge of French building regulations Strong experience in workplace and commercial architecture. A background in hotel and hospitality design would also be advantageous. Proficient in Vectorworks and Adobe Suite Strong communication skills are essential. A fluent English and French speaker.
