Overview
Excellent long term freelance opportunity for experienced Site Manger on £10Million new build project. Your new company Your new company is a multi-disciplined, strong leader in the Scottish construction market, with an exciting and healthy pipeline of work for 2020 and beyond. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, this company continually grows from strength to strength, consistently building on their celebrated success. Your new role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for firstly the day to day running of the project on site, including management of multi-trade subcontractors, labour hire, RAMS, inductions, quality assurance and all aspects of Health & Safety including tool box talks. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced Site Manager, with previous project experience of new build project of values of £million upwards. You will have an SMSTS, CSCS and ideally First Aid qualifications. HNC/Degree would be advantageous but not essential. You will be ambitious, and quality focused with a determination to complete projects to a high standard, safely and on time. What you'll get in return You will be offered a long term freelance contract- expected to last until June initially, with further work a strong possibility. An excellent hourly rate is on offer for the right candidate, along with the opportunity to progress your career on high value local projects.
