Not to mention working in a lovely, friendly and supportive team If this sounds of interest then please read on What your day to day will look like; Manage & Process all aspects of administration on the BestSIPP Proposition Manage client’s cash flow with Key SIPP providers to ensure withdrawals and investments are processed accurately in a timely manner Managing the SIPP and Provider Administration mailboxes daily and responding to queries within the agreed SLA. Checking of SIPP provider forms. Valuation and statement requests as and when required Liaising with Tilney colleagues with regards to queries / requests. Control User access for the main 3rd Party providers used by the group Maintain third party provider valuation feeds into the CRM system Maintain & control the Master Agency Code register Process agency transfers for clients resulting from acquisitions and legal entity mergers Support set up of adviser charge arrangements. Update the CRM system to maintain a clear audit trail Maintain core systems ensuring that all tasks are carried out and completed in line with company policy and procedures
