Overview
Demon Recruitment Group is currently looking to recruit a VoIP Engineer to join their Client (to be based either in an Office or remotely or both). It is a very exciting time to join this forward thinking Business. Where your development and training is continuous Duties will include: -Working either Face to Face with Clients or remotely -Utilising a ticketing machine (Deskpro) -Handling support issues raised via email, phone or ticketing machine -Ensuring all requests are logged correctly -Managing each process yourself -Documenting all work carried out efficiently -Work within an out of hours team rota Experience/skills required: -Experience using Ticketing machines -You must have the ability to learn new technologies at a fast pace -Excellent communication -Knowledge of IP Networking would be beneficial -Experience using Linux OS (mostly Debian, Red Hat, CentOS) For more information please apply today or contact Emma Chapman at Demon Recruitment Sunningdale.
