Overview

Purchase Ledger Clerk role working for a growing multi-million pound T/O Manufacturing organisation in Cardiff. Client Details The client we have established a very strong relationship with, they specialise in Manufacturing products and have been growing over the last few years to a large scale facility in Cardiff. Description Process all supplier invoices through our invoice scanning software and liaise with IT help desk to sort any issues. Reconciliation of supplier accounts and maintenance of the purchase ledger including liaising with suppliers for any missing or incorrect invoices. Invoice approvals - matching of invoices to purchase orders & GRNs, addressing invoice queries and obtaining authorisations. Working with suppliers and staff to resolve any disputed invoices Ad-hoc accounting and administration tasks. Profile The successful candidate would be someone with 1-2 years experience as a Purchase ledger / Accounts payable clerk.
