Job Title: Website/Office Administrator Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 (depending on experience) Location: Outskirts of Dorking, Surrey Hours: Full time/Permanent Role purpose and context: Our client is one of the fastest growing wholesale distributors of consumer products within the UK. They are currently looking for a pro-active, all round administrator to join their team and get involved in various departments. Customer Service / Web Administration & Graphics Duties will include You will be responsible for assisting customers with onboarding onto the company system. Updating the company Website daily, checking all aspects of the site. Creating Graphics for Exhibitions / Website Banners / Email Signatures. You will need to be IT literate - ideally Microsoft packages. Clarify client details and assist with new business enquiries. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines. Assist the operations and project teams. Assisting other departments with generalist administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have: An excellent telephone manner and communications skills. Good computer skills - knowledge of Excel, Graphics program, Web Site Admin is essential. Self-motivation and the ability to work well within a team. Organisational skills and attention to detail The ability and confidence to be creative in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
