Overview
Due to a period of exciting growth we are looking to expand the Training team. We are currently recruiting for a Trainer to cover the Hampshire area. You will be training our Support workers you will have knowledge and understanding of working in social care and with vulnerable people and those with Learning Difficulties , Complex Needs, Dementia and Mental Health issues. You must have an understanding of training methods to meet learners needs as well as a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated approach to training to ensure the experience of learning is inspiring and educational to our staff. You will be working within an already successful training team and must be able to research and contribute to the development of future courses. We work with amazing people and your contribution will support our staff to be amazing too. Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm Must be a car driver with own vehicle (with Business Insurance), as travel to other offices may be required Must hold a training qualification to teach adults
