Overview
I am pleased to be recruiting for a reputable and successful organisation based in Macclesfield. A new role has become available due to growth and are looking for a new member of the team to join their friendly team. This is a perfect role for someone who has experience of Life Protection cover or as a financial advisor. Even though you will be dealing with sales enquiries this isn’t classed as a sales job as all enquiries will come to you. Duties will include Dealing with potential and existing customers over the phone who approach the business with an interest in the specialist service Remain professional at all times and adhere to company policies Provide excellent customer service at all times Update systems and deal with all personal administration Work well in a team and as an individual Requirements Professionalism at all times Excellent Telephone Manner Possess empathy and understanding Previous experience of insurance or financial services
