JOB ROLE: Front of House Greeter COMPANY: Global Cosmetic Dental Company HOURS: 10.00am - 7.00pm with a 1 hour lunch - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday SALARY: 11.50ph - 12.00ph LOCATION: London CULTURE: Busy, fast paced, friendly team. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Meeting and greeting all visitors and customers upon arrival Signing in visitors using an iPad Providing a 5 excellent customer service experience every time Notifying the consultant when their appointment arrives Looking after the online booking system Ad hoc administration where required SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Customer service experience is a MUST MUST be committed Well-presented at all times and loves to provide a great customer journey Able to up-sell any products If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line.
