A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a role as a HR Coordinator for a well-established company based close to Macclesfield. The role will be Reporting into the HR Advisor and is an all-encompassing HR support role and will be a great opportunity for someone who is established in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be able to work accurately at a fast pace and must hold excellent interpersonal skills. The company is seeking someone who is driven, has very high standards of work and who has a passion about HR. The role will be a full time, permanent position, paying up to GBP23k DOE generous holidays benefits. About The Role: · Supporting the HR Advisor in delivering a seamless HR service · Recruiting all temporary and permanent positions for the business · Ensuring vacancies are filled in line with agreed timescales · Screening applications, arranging interviews, and being involved in face-to-face interviews · Exploring new recruitment channels and using social media to advertise positions · Working with key stakeholders across the business ensuring a fully comprehensive HR Service · Managing day to day coordination for the HR Department · Maintaining and updating HR systems, ensuring accurate records are kept · Managing and monitoring attendance and absence systems and records · Managing the new starters and leavers processes · Managing induction processes for new starters and organising monthly probation meetings · Supporting the HR Advisor with any minute taking in meetings · Managing background checks for all permanent employees · Assisting the HR Advisor in the coordination of employee engagement/benefits activities · Performing other ad-hoc HR duties as required by the HR Advisor Essential Skills & Experience · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels · Exceptional English skills both written and spoken · Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information · Ability to work at pace while still being extremely accurate · Strong time management, IT skills, and organisational skills · Proficient in MS office packages; Excel, Word and PowerPoint · Highly organised with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a deadline driven environment · Reliable, honest, intelligent with the ability to multi-task · Self-starter, ability to work autonomously · Ability to work at speed and manage workload effectively · Experience of working within a HR function is essential · Prior recruitment experience is desirable · The company is seeking someone who is driven, has very high standards of work and who has a passion about HR About The Benefits · GBP20,000pa - GBP23,000pa DOE · Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm · Flexible working hours available · 23 days holiday plus bank holidays · Free parking · Birthday day off · Nice office environment with friendly and motivated colleagues · Extremely busy and fast paced working environment with lots of variety offered To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
