Description Key responsibilities include: Answering all incoming calls and emails ensuring exceptional verbal and written communication is provided Handling general enquiries escalating if and when necessary Transferring calls to the appropriate department or individual Taking messages where necessary Taking responsibility for the switchboard when required Profile The successful candidate will have: Proven customer service skills Exceptional telephone manner Excellent verbal and written communication Can do attitude Team player Ability to multi-task PC literate Job Offer This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary. This role is based on a shift pattern on 4 on 4 off. These will be 12 hour shifts including days, nights and weekends.
