HR Advisor / Eastbourne / HR & Personnel Client Details A growing business based in the Eastbourne area are seeking a permanent HR Advisor due to the current employee relocating. Description As HR Advisor you will be responsible for: All employee queries Supporting the payroll department with starters and leavers Manage any internal disciplinaries Maintain personnel files Producing any required HR reports Supporting the Recruitment Manager with any additional resourcing Profile The ideal candidate is CIPD Level 5 or 7 and has a strong all round HR knowledge.
