Overview
This is a great opportunity for a personal injury solicitor to join a leading national defendant personal injury firm at their Birmingham office. My client is a Top 50 UK law firm with an excellent reputation for dealing with international insurance clients and public sector bodies. They currently have a role available within their Casualty team to pick up a full caseload of fast and multi-track litigated employers and public liability matters, acting on behalf of several of the firm's key clients. You will run these cases from inception through to settlement or trial, dealing with all stages of the litigation process accordingly, you will need to demonstrate previous experience in this area so that you will be able to handle work at this level from the outset. The firm has strong core values and an identifiable culture and will expect potential candidates to be able to exhibit high levels of technical skills and strong communication abilities.
