Are you a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser with experience of providing a first class advised customer service to all types of mortgage customers? If so, we are delighted to offer exciting opportunities for experienced mortgage advisers to take on challenging and extremely rewarding adviser roles and we now seek dynamic and experienced individuals who will be responsible for dealing with the mortgage leads of one of our top, nationally recognised online estate agency introducers in the Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Middleton, Manchester and Stockport areas . This highly successful online estate agent with a difference sell hundreds of homes a month across the UK but the mortgage and protection leads remain largely untapped at the moment. Customer appointments will be predominantly face to face depending on the needs of your customers and there is a serviced office to work from in partnership with 3 quality introducers in the area listing 40 properties per month and selling nearly as many The opportunity to be successful here is really exceptional, crack this and you’ll be very successful with either a competitive self employed or employed package available for discussion. The ability to motivate the team that refer to you and develop strong relationships here is the key, whilst being able to advise and recommend the most suitable mortgages and protection products over the phone is a given. This position is very flexible, home based and you will need to be extremely self disciplined, in return you will have excellent support to provide full administration on all your cases once submitted.
