Are you a strong leader with experience working within the technology sector? I am seeking a Team Leader to mentor and drive service levels within an International business based in Peterborough. Working with in an innovative and passionate business, you will manage a small team within a wider network on tech specialists. You will be an experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst who is looking for the next step up. You will have some experience of mentoring or training a team within a IT service management team, or internally within a IT team. Leadership The successful candidate will be able to coach, mentor and support learning for your team. You will manage performance and embrace success. You will ensure customer and business KPI’s are achieved, offer training and development to you team, through internal and external opportunities. Performance You will measure your teams’ performance and provide guidance on areas of improvement and reward success. You will conduct and commit to regular one to ones, retain and recruit. Innovate You will drive innovation, consistently thinking of ways to deliver outstanding service, review new technologies, review and expand on existing policies and procedures and to work in collaboration with other departments. The successful candidate will; Experience within ITSM or Internal IT team Can demonstrate qualities of a team leader Ability to lead a team and manage training and performance Natural analytical ability, able to present and produce MI to reflect the business Strong time management and planning skills Excellent communication skills High attention to detail This position is advertised as a 12-month fixed term contract within an expanding employer with continued growth plans.
