Learning & Development Advisor Tamworth £30,000 A leading manufacturing business is seeking a highly credible and commercially focused L&D Advisor to join an established function in order to provide a truly generalist service. Based from Head Office you will provide a proactive and solution focused approach to strengthen leadership capabilities, behaviours, driving ownership and accountability for the delivery of expected results and increased engagement across the business. This is a newly created role following a restructure within the wider HR function, and as such will provide you with the platform to develop as an L&D practitioner within this fast paced organisation whilst being given the opportunity to make a clear and positive impression within the organisation. Aligned to a specific internal customer base you will have regular interaction with a number of key senior internal stakeholders. This is a truly exciting time to be joining the organisation as they seek to double turnover by 2023; you will have a key part to play in the business realising this ambition. To be considered for this role you will: Be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or studying towards); Be an experienced L&D professional with experience gained within a fast paced manufacturing/distribution business; Have conducted skills gap analysis, developed early years careers training programs, designed leadership training plans, and supported on recruitment activity; Be commercially minded, curious, seek to make improvements and not feel the need to be handheld; Have a stable career history having shown growth and development in the roles that you have held; Have worked within an SME in a fast paced industry.
