You will need the following to do this apprenticeship:? 8 GCSE's?grade A-C/?4-9 (or equivalent) including Maths and English? A passion for HR You'll also need to be creative and curious, flexible, willing to learn and a real self-starter. You'll need to be able to work hard, using your own initiative and be driven to make the most of the opportunity.? Please ensure your qualifications are made clear on your CV. Unfortunately, we won't be able to consider anyone who has a level 3 qualification in HR or a very similar subject. About the role As our HR apprentice, you will be a key part of the talent team, supporting with administration and coordination for recruitment and training. You will support on a wide range of projects and develop relationships with the wider team and organisation to ensure we're providing a customer focused service to all that interact with the talent function.
