The home provides short-term care packages to adults with a diverse range of needs. What the home is offering and details of this Deputy General Manager role: A full-time contract available on permanent day shifts Mainly working supernumerary shifts Competitive rates of pay offered from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum (Equates to up to NHS Band 6/7) Ongoing training and development opportunities A great working environment in a fully CQC compliant home As Deputy General Manager you will coordinate, manage and monitor all aspects of planning and delivery of resident care.
