The home provides short-term care packages to adults with a diverse range of needs. What the home is offering and details of this Deputy General Manager role: A full-time contract available on permanent day shifts Mainly working supernumerary shifts Competitive rates of pay offered from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum (Equates to up to NHS Band 6/7) Ongoing training and development opportunities A great working environment in a fully CQC compliant home As Deputy General Manager you will coordinate, manage and monitor all aspects of planning and delivery of resident care. You will also lead and develop the nursing and care teams, working to deliver the best possible standards of care and living to residents.
