Overview
My client is a highly regarded, well established practice who are experiencing a period of sustained growth. Due to their continued success and exciting plans for the future they have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their talented team. Responsibilities will include: Processing new business (ISAs, OEICs, SIPPs and offshore bonds) Process new business on Cofunds, Fidelity, Prudential, Aviva, Scottish Widow, Friends Life etc. Adding all new business on to Intelliflo Maintaining the back office system with client details/policy information/withdrawals/investments Creating portfolio reports, complete funds switches Providing support for the Advisers with portfolios, completing fund research and uploading the portfolios onto various platforms, uploading fact find and sending out suitability reports. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role or consideration will be give to candidates from a Provider background, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Those wishing to complete industry qualifications will be fully supported by the company.
