Our client is now seeking a thorough and enthusiastic Compliance Partner for this new position to assist with several aspects of the company. Role & Responsibilities of the Investment Compliance Partner: Solid compliance experience within an assets management/ financial services sector Absolute minimum of 2 years comparable experience within 2nd line(file management) compliance for investment products ideally with responsibility for: REIT structured products funds multi-asset fund discretionary portfolio management Product governance knowledge and experience New product development and launch experience desirable Positive and confident individual who can identify and report on review trends and liaise with consultants re their findings Flexible and solutions driven - understands realistic regulation and can read, understand and interpret regulation Drive positive/collaborative compliance Client focussed - passionate about delivering great client outcomes About You as the Investment Compliance Partner: Compliance experience essential - Qualification Desirable A legal background would be looked on favourably.
