Warehouse Team Leader Huddersfield £23,000 Benefits Role Profile Cast UK are supporting a market leading business with the recruitment of a Warehouse Team Leader for their fast paced operation based in Yorkshire. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will work rotating shifts on a fixed 2-10, Week1 - Sunday to Thursday and Week 2 - Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Effective management of team of operatives across shift patterns; ensuring KPI's are met and exceeded Promote positive culture of health & safety Deputise for the Shift Manager in their absence when required Daily reporting of KPI's across the shift Effective handovers across shifts Skills & Experience Experience managing a team of operatives Experience within fast paced operations Contribute towards Health & Safety management KPI management Strong ability to collate reports and data beneficial E-commerce or 3PL experience previously would be ideal Client information Our client is a market leading business based in Yorkshire Remuneration £23,000 Benefits About Cast UK Cast UK is a leading executive consultancy, providing national recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
