The home is ideally situated close to public transport links, local shops and amenities. This warm and friendly nursing home provides a homely environment for the residents and their families. Staff at the home are passionate about the high quality care that they provide to the residents and the manager is looking for a like-minded Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join the team. Service: The service provides person centred care for elderly residents with a range of physical conditions. The service also offers specialised dementia care and cares for residents with a variety of mental health conditions. This versatile service provides nursing, palliative, convalescent and respite care depending on the need of each individual resident. The Home Manager is looking for a caring and skilled Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join their friendly team of staff on a permanent basis. The Manger can be flexible to accommodate both full time and part time hours, as well as day or night shifts or a combination of shifts to suit you. The home boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating . Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home. You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager. All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
