Overview
We are Firmin Recruit, an employment agency working on behalf of our established engineering client based in Sittingbourne. Due to an increase in business our client is seeking Production Operatives to work permanent days or nights. Day shift runs rotating shifts - 6 am - 2 pm and 2 pm - 10 pm / Monday to Friday Night shift runs from 10 pm to 6 am / Monday to Friday This is a temp to perm role (12 weeks working via the agency and if successful then opportunity to go perm). The role will involve stripping, painting, etc. engineering products. It is a very hands-on role and the suitable candidates will be happy doing some heavy lifting. Previous manufacturing / production experience is required and full training will be given. This role requires candidates who are available for immediate start.
