Year 2 Teacher - Islington A well supported primary school in Islington has started its search for a confident Year 2 Teacher to join their team. About the Year 2 Teacher Role As a Year 2 Teacher, your role will involve you teaching a 27-strong group of attentive Year 2 students and you will be using a large school resource budget to your advantage. As a Year 2 Teacher, you will be progressing your career quickly as you take on the extra responsibilities of Literacy Co-ordinator, which comes with great TLR. The resources, including bright, airy classrooms on offer will enable you to create a truly inspiring learning environment. Your teaching will need to be in aligned with the school's philosophy that each child's emotional and social needs are as important as their academic ability. Your responsibilities will be supported by the dedicated Headteacher who will offer you all the informal advice and structured training you need to succeed.
