£15.45 p/h – Band 5 Equivalent | 22.5 Hour Contract - Nights | Elderly/Dementia Care | £1K Welcome Bonus | Great Benefits | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered A private care home in Forfar is currently looking to recruit an RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse to join their clinical team on part-time nights. The home offers elderly and dementia nursing care and is fully compliant with Care Inspectorate requirements. Details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Night Nurse vacancy and what the home is offering: A permanent contract of 22.5 hours per week, worked as night shifts over a 7 day rota Excellent hourly rates of up to £15.45, which is equivalent to NHS Band 5 rates of pay A welcome bonus of £1,000 Some fantastic retail, leisure and lifestyle discounts A company pension plan NMC renewal fees paid and support with NMC revalidation Free uniforms and staff parking Ongoing training and development opportunities in addition to a comprehensive induction programme As Night Nurse, you will contribute to the delivery of clinical and personal care to adults with a diverse range of needs, including elderly care and dementia care. You will be required to manage and administer medications, coordinate and implement care plans and lead a small team of HCAs in the delivery of personal care. Applicants for this Night Nurse position should meet the following criteria: NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD Prior experience within an elderly nursing home environment and ideally in end of life care, although a comprehensive induction and training programme is in place Passionate about providing excellent standards of care Strong communication skills and a caring, compassionate nature Able to work independently and as part of a team For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
