Overview
One of our National manufacturers are recruiting a Production Planning & Supply Chain Manager, to be based at their Buckinghamshire site. The Role The company have a great reputation within their industry for quality products and service. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager your role is to ensure effective capacity planning is collaborative with RM supply. You will be reviewing the current process and presenting a detailed report to deliver a supply chain capable of delivering large numbers of products across across two shift patterns. You will be reviewing all inventory levels and compiling and delivering an action plan to maintain the stated levels. You will deliver and support the daily Production schedule to satisfy all customer orders each day. You will ensure that inventory value and physical stock is at the company set targets at all times. The Candidate A dynamic analytic, and practically minded individual you are able to work in a high energy, fast moving environment, with excellent communication skills. You will have an appetite to plan, supply and deliver 2,000 products per week and increasing. If you have experience of working with IFS, the in-house production planning system, this will be to your advantage. It is an exciting time to join the company.
