Production Planner
Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Production Planner for a manufacturing business based in Doncaster. Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for working with external suppliers and scheduling production plans. Production Planner duties will include: - Work closely with the production team, proving administrative support - Maintain stock levels and schedule stock orders - Support the ongoing management of a stock inventory system - Be part of the daily planning meetings and lead improvement projects - Provide the Production Management team with administrative support where needed - Work collaboratively with the wider business looking at recovery plans - Document processes and process improvements To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: - Experience in production planning or production administration - Target focused - Strong communication skills - Knowledge of demand planning, capacity planning, material planning and scheduling advantageous - Degree or equivalent - Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on Administration positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
