Overview
Our client, a well-known supplier of racking systems based in Hixon , near Stafford/ Rugeley , is recruiting a number of vehicle fitters to instal racking systems into commercial vans for their high-profile clients (such as BT and Sky), on a temp-to-perm basis. This position will appeal to job-seekers looking to develop a career in a manufacturing environment as the company are keen to invest in training and people development. Duties will involve using hand tools and power tools to fit tool racking into commercial vans in a clean, modern facility. Training will be provided, however previous experience using tools is desirable. Tools and safety equipment will be provided. The hours of work are days only, typically 8am-4 : 30pm Monday to Friday. Overtime is available during peak periods and paid at a premium.
