Recruitment Manager

The Organisation; My client is a large organisation with sites across the UK The Role; We are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead, motivate and effectively manage a team. Key elements of the role include; leading a busy recruitment function and direct sourcing model to attract talent across the UK building the employer brand to attract high calibre employees utilise new technology to make the recruitment process more effective driving high levels of performance within the team coaching and development building strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior managers across the organisation identifying opportunities for improvement within the recruitment function The Person; To be considered for this role you MUST have the following experience; extensive experience in leading a recruitment function, ideally in a high volume environment significant experience of direct sourcing models strong line management experience experience of working in an 'In House' recruitment manager role Nigel Wright; Due to the COVID19 situation, we are all currently working form home.
