Job Title: Residential Support Worker Salary: Experience Related Brinscall Care are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to meet the growing demands of our Outstanding Residential Children’s Home. The home has an experienced staff team already in place and are actively supporting young people to achieve amazing outcomes on a daily basis. We are looking a vibrant individual that can bring energy, use their initiative and be decisive who can be a healthy role model to young people who have complex mental and social difficulties. Initially this is a part time position with a view to it increasing to full time hours over the coming months, all aspects of this can be discussed at interview. Do you hold a full UK driving licence? Are you able to work shifts and sleep-ins? Essential Criteria: A minimum of 6 months paid experience working as a support worker within a Children’s Home, Residential or Supported Living settings, within the last 3 years.
