You can earn up to £30,000pa as a Deputy Care Home Manager in Edgehill Care Home, Swindon. Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Care Home Manger: The Deputy Care Home Manager will support the Registered Care Home Manager in the day to day activities of running the home. Work closely with the Registered Care Home Manager to ensure Edgehill Care home is recognised for being a great place to live and work. Assume full responsibility for the day to day running of the Home in the absence of the Registered Care Home Manager. Manage a team including Care Managers, Care Workers and ancillary staff, ensuring best practice is carried out. Review the care needs of residents by their changing needs and by contractual requirements. Monitor and ensure that the general standards of hygiene and cleanliness in relation to the premises and equipment are maintained. A caring nature and desire to make a difference in someone's life Demonstrate up to date knowledge of the Care Sector, the running of a Care Home and the regulatory framework.
