Due to a recent influx of students, the Geography Department is growing, and the school are looking recruit a range of teachers to kick start the new academic year in September. This school can offer a wide range of CPD which is either carried out by members of their SLT or other experts within the borough. The Head of the Geography Department ensures that there is a strong support system throughout, ensuring that there is shared planning, moderation, resources and advice given whenever you need it. Independence is something that is valued highly at the school as they encourage teachers to bring out their own teaching styles into their lessons.
