Materials Controller – Kent The Company This Materials Controller’s role is with one of the leading and fastest growing residential developers in the South East. They specialise in mixed tenure projects all with values over £50million. This particular division currently has in excess of £1billion in schemes in and around Essex, Kent and South East London. The Role The initial project you will be based on is a major phased 1500 unit new build scheme in the Medway area of Kent. We are looking for a Materials Controller from either a developer background or a main contractor where you have been involved with residential schemes. Your role will include: Ensure materials are delivered to site to meet the requirements of the project Liaise with sub-contractors ensuring they have a constant supply of materials Ensuring the correct quantity, quality and specification is ordered Ensure all materials are stored and protected in accordance with best practice to minimise damage Cary out stock checks Check materials received for damage/defects The Plus Points This is a fantastic opportunity to join the South East's fastest growing developer with an exciting portfolio of projects.
