Overview
A specialist marketing and events client is seeking a well-established Digital Project Manager (agency side) to hit the ground running As a Project Manager you will join a dynamic team and be the lynchpin in managing and supporting the management team in the delivery, maintenance and development of all technical aspects of the company’s digital clients. The role is fundamental to the maintenance and smooth running of client projects and programmes. Responsible for some of the largest client accounts, you will be able to apply your specialist knowledge to create structured client relationships and embrace the operational challenges. Key Areas To manage and support digital production across a range of digital deliverables. Support the Development and Customer Service teams. Adhere to, define and improve internal delivery processes. Manage a proactive plan of communications in support of client programmes. Ensure client projects are built to approved briefs and process flows on time and to budget. Help to ensure customer issues, direct or through other departments, receive the highest level of service and responsiveness. Support the management of timesheets, cost sheets, project reconciliations and invoicing across the team. Ensure client reporting requirements are clear and met. Send weekly and monthly reports to clients, where required Responsible for implementing and managing complex digital projects personally and through your team. Implementing new working practices, tools and processes, which enable the team to operate effectively. Identify and implement procedural improvements to the day to day operation of the digital team to improve and develop efficiencies.
