Overview

Projects Engineer Tier 3 / Systems Engineer – £35k to £45k based Leeds. One of the North's most progressive and innovative IT solution providers is seeking to recruit an experienced Infrastructure Systems Engineer to focus on the delivery (70%) and 3 rd line support of infrastructure solutions with a focus on O365 migrations plus MS Server, Active Directory, Storage & Networking technologies. SKILLS You must have at least 4-5 years’ projects experience implementing and supporting IT infrastructure solutions into external clients – with experience in most of the following areas: O365 hybrid email migrations, O365 Security features / MDM (Intune) rollout SharePoint Online, MS Teams Windows Server 2008 – 2016 (2019) Active Directory domain deployment LAN (VLAN) / WAN / Firewalls Pre-Sales & Training experience desirable Any experience with VMware, Hyper-V, SAN storage implementation and management, Web Services (Azure, Amazon), would be advantageous as would industry accreditation – MCSE/MCSA, VCP. ROLE The Systems Engineer will be involved in deploying technical infrastructure projects centred on the above technologies including build, configuration and implementation (70%)plus 2 nd / 3 rd line support to SMEs, Enterprise and public sector clients mainly in Yorkshire With 4-5 years experience in a client facing role the Systems Engineer will possess first class communication skills, a positive and professional work manner, the ability to work individually or in a team, and a flexible “can do” attitude.
