MBA are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler to join an exciting global organisation in Billericay. As a leading player in the insurance industry, our client puts their people are the heart of everything they do. As a Claims Handler, you will be required to complete the following tasks; Providing exceptional service to policy holders in need of home repair Liaising between policy holder and contractors to organise repairs Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems Working on large case-loads to ensure we are in line with SLA’s What we’re looking for from a Claims Handler; Excellent customer service experience Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word. Team player with passion for helping others Proactive, able to work with initiative Claims Handler Job Details; Full time role 35hrs, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Permanent & FTC positions £18,000 - £20,000 per annum plus benefits Training provided Funding for Insurance Qualifications Located in Billericay This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to start a career by providing a service that truly makes a difference.
