Offering some of the most sought-after treatments, you will be trained through everything you need to know. Cryo Oxygen and Radio Frequency are just some of the many luxuries on offer. What you’ll do: To deliver all treatments in line with brand guidelines and expectationsResponsible for selling the brands’ unique offerings and homecare productsProactively be aware of the power of body language, rapport building, mirroring and matching behavioursHaving the confidence to overcome selling challenges & ability to create retail theatre to attract and entice customersMaintain an exceptional customer experience at every point of the customer journeyResponsible for meeting retail and service targetsEnsuring work stations are clean, presentable and well stockedTo have a strong focus on maximising retail potential and client retentionBuilding and constantly updating your own knowledge on skincare, products and treatmentsEnsuring all Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to in relation to the sterilisation and storage of all equipment What you’ll bring: NVQ3 Beauty Therapy or equivalentHands on experience with customersFlexible and considerateExperience working within beauty, retail and spaExceptional customer service skillsBubbly and energetic attitude, you’ll be on your feet between 6-8 hours a day and need the same energy from start to finishThe ability to juggle and stay calm when under pressure What you’ll get: 21-22k basic DOECommission scheme (OTE 25-28K)Full uniform providedExtensive training and induction7 day rota To discuss the role further, please apply for this role and we will call you back at our earliest convenience.
