This role is a great opportunity for a 2 nd Line Support/Desktop Engineer looking to progress their career with a view to future Infrastructure & Networking based roles. The Role The successful applicant will join an experienced team of Desktop Engineers to play a vital in resolving service requests, routine maintenance, monitoring & development of the End Computing support area as well as an introduction to project support. The role includes customer-facing elements so professional conduct and appearance must be observed. The successful candidate will show the initiative to work alone but will also be expected to work well with the on premise team, completing tasks to the highest standard and within agreed SLA's.
