LIVE ACCOUNTANT ROLE IN LANCASTER - QUALIFIED BY EXPERIENCE OR PART QUALIFIED CONSIDERED Your new company A dynamic and creative business in Lancaster are recruiting for an Accountant to join their small management team to manage the finance side of the business. It is a very exciting time at the business This is a key role that would suit a studying Accountant looking for a step up, or a local finance professional seeking a finance role that's a little out of the ordinary Your new role Your new role involves supporting with financial administration, forecasting, budgeting, and producing reports to senior management. The role also involves being involved with projects and supporting with company events and charity fundraising. The role responsibilities include Management Accounts and Year end as well as cash flow and reporting financial information to directors. Financial planning is also a part of this role and so it is an excellent opportunity to gain further exposure into strategic accounting. What you'll need to succeed My client are looking for the right person, this means they are willing to train and develop the right candidate who may have skills gaps in certain areas of finance, particularly if you are studying. Equally my client are open to welcoming the finished article who is looking for a more relaxed environment and a healthier work life balance. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, creativity, a positive and fresh outlook as well as strong attention to detail. Accuracy is crucial in this role as in any finance position. AAT Level 4 is desirable as is a chartered qualification, however not essential if you are qualified by experience.
