The role needs some one who can see the whole picture in regards to IT, you will be hands on from 1st line up to 3rd line and have some CRM and Nav experience. Skills 1. Experienced in providing IT support for both hardware and software infrastructure. 2. Ability to identify the importance of IT infrastructure to the commercial and strategic objectives of the company. 3. Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills. 4. Self-starter with ability to work independently and react quickly to changing priorities. 5. Experience working with MS Dynamics NAV. 6. Ability to identify and implement best practise across the IT infrastructure.
