Overview

My client is looking for an experienced contact centre salesperson to join their team as a Customer Service Executive (Sales) within their growing Customer Service Team. This job would suit someone with experience of sales and upselling within a contact centre environment, and who enjoys providing customers their service with a smile and who is looking to build a long-term career in a customer service/sales environment. Your job will be to liaise with inbound queries from potential customers by live chat, telephone and email to ensure their queries are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise, and upsells are explained and executed effectively for the benefit of both the company and the customer. You will need to be commercially focused and have a positive outlook, with an eye on driving sales to highly profitable areas of our business. You will also ensure you are up to date with our products and any changes in our industry. Full training on our industry will be provided via an internal learning structure.
