Overview
NRG are proud to be representing a global enterprise client in recruiting for a rare and exciting opportunity. Due to the implementation of a cutting-edge financial platform, we are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to be appointed as Product Owner, Application Manager and Technical Leader for the FIORI product suite. You will manage a team of internal developers and act as Scrum Master, with full ownership and autonomy to deliver change and results from the beginning. Overall responsibilities; Lead the Fiori Agile Development Team, with direct line management for 3-5 internal developers and responsibility over 10 vendor resources. Be the FIORI Product owner and scrum master, overseeing and defining the vision, expectations and resource allocation of the team. Be the FIORI Application Manager by setting development standards and compliance and leading continuous improvement of internal process and use of standard tools Own gathering, analysis, validation, and management of solution requirements; Lead solution development, quality assurance and release management for your applications to meet business, user and solution requirements, working with internal and external development teams; Own technology choices, security and Total Cost Ownership for SAP Fiori landscape; Define, deploy and govern adoption of development standards, building on global IT standards and policies; Own internally SAP Fiori platform for Financials (S4/HANA). We’re looking for; Have a minimum bachelors degree in any discipline Previous experience in SAP Fiori Good understanding of IT project management (eg. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and Application Management IT technical background with hands-on experience in software configuration and development Experience in people management SAP Fiori Associate certification will be considered a competitive advantage
