Overview
A brilliant opportunity has arose to join a well-respected Legal firm based in Leeds City Centre. Joining an experienced finance team as Accounts Assistant you will work closely and report directly to the Management Accountant. Key responsibilities; Manage the accounts payable ledger including processing purchase invoices and credit notices. Process reports and journals for monthly payroll. Employee expenses Sales ledger - invoice processing Daily bank reconciliations Process VAT returns Assist in preparations of journal postings You will ideally have knowledge or experience within a similar role or experience in a finance services. You will be able to demonstrate ; Good communication skills Strong numerical and IT skills High attention to detail and accuracy Work well within a team environment Positive and professional attitude Fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and a role which will give you a range of exposure within accounts.
