Team Leader - FMCG North Birmingham £25,000 shift allowance and benefits Are you an experienced Team Leader looking for a fresh new challenge? Are you excited about being part of a brand new Depot in North Birmingham? If so we have an exciting opportunity to join a leader in their field Due to continued growth this FMCG company is now recruiting for their brand new depot in North Birmingham. The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse and production operatives whilst reporting and supporting the Depot Manager . Your duties will include but not limited to - " Mentoring and developing the production and warehouse operatives making sure they are supervised, trained and managed to set KPI's. " Work to agreed workflows to optimise productivity, quality and customer service standards " Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures whilst complying with legal regulations " Reporting breakdowns or maintenance of equipment to ensure no downtime " Experience in using forklift ( Counterbalance and Reach ) The site will run on a 24/7 basis so flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role. The Team Leader must be able to commit to working any 5 out of 7 days on a rotating basis. The Team Leader must have experience in warehousing/production management coupled with strong FMCG experience. Attractive salary on offer of up to £25,000 shift allowance and benefits. Interested?
